Narrative Information
“Strong gradient winds were responsible for dense blowing dust reducing visibility to a few feet along Interstate 10, near Bowie. The blowing dust resulted in four separate vehicle accidents, a total of 24 vehicles, 20 people injured, and 10 people killed.” (NCDC/NOAA.
